All board fencing on paddocks and pastures Acres of pasture 1/2 mile hacking trail around pasture Outdoor dressage arena with sand footing 60' x 120' indoor arena with sand footing                with 12' x 72' viewing room 12 (12' x 12') training barn leading into indoor arena Renovated tobacco barn with 5 stalls (12' x 15') with 1200 sq. ft. loft for classes, clinics, relaxing, etc. 7 additional 12' x 12' stalls
