The NCEL is comprised of riding schools throughout Maryland and Virginia. The NCEL, founded in 1979, seeks to promote and foster team spirit while developing individual riders; to foster and encourage the art of equitation; and to reward junior riders for excellence in this art. Teams compete from November to March in a series of round-robin meets patterned after the intercollegiate leagues.
This being our first year with the NCEL we will have a B League Team. Riders compete both in flat classes and over fences classes. Teams in the B League compete over 2' fences.
