We teach from the ground to the saddle and beyond.  Our students learn to understand and appreciate the spirit of the horse.  A gentle hand and a gentle voice are always encouraged to ensure mutual respect between horse and rider.  Balanced seat equitation is the focus.

Our lead instructor is Randi Branson-Gardner who began riding at the age of 5.  She has competed on both the East and West Coasts and uses her own experiences gained over the past 25+ years as both an owner and competitor to help students to achieve their own personal goals.  She is a CHA Master Instructor (Level 4 both English and Western) and a CHA Assistant Clinician.  Randi's number one goal, next to safety, is to help each rider form a solid foundation to succeed in any discipline.  We offer both English and Western lessons.  Students will learn basic horsemanship as well as horse management skills to help prepare them for the responsibilities of horse ownership.

Lessons are available for riders 5 and older.  Helmets are available for use on the farm and are required to be worn by all riders while mounted.  All riders must wear long pants and smooth soled boots or shoes with a small heel (no more than 1/2").  No tennis shoes. 

Semester payments are due on the first lesson of the semester.  All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance except for emergencies.  Make-up lessons must be made up within one week of missed lesson otherwise the make-up will be forfeited.

Please expect to be at the farm 15 minutes prior to and after your lesson to tack and untack your mount.
